After experiencing his father’s early death at the age of 45, Anton Andryakov knew he had to come up with a plan to help himself, and others, make the most of what life has to offer. Using his experience gained from the U.S. Marine Corps and as a life coach, Andryakov shares his unique perspective on health and wellness to motivate people of all ages to make the most of the life they’ve been given. Yet when they are compounded over time and become chronic, they destroy our lives. The scary part that the shift is so slow that the blame does not fall on the root cause and the true culprit. The blame falls on some logical explanation we make happen years down the road.

    This book is very well written and has a lot of great information. It wasn’t overwhelming because it touches on a lot of different topics. This is definitely a great book to keep, mark up and reference back to throughout your life. Anton has been a huge mentor in my journey and is very knowledgable. I am honored to have one of Antons books, and I look forward to many more in the future. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone that is trying to better themselves whether that be physically or mentally.
